Problem
Current review platforms provided by applications feels somewhat restricted. For example, carousell reviews can only be done after a transaction. This results in 90% of them being good reviews based on the fact that purchased item was received.
Solution
A platform to seek reviews on a particular seller or provide your feedback on a seller aims to build a community of “trusted” sellers/buyers.
